I am SWE-SRE in Google Munich. Prior to this, I was a senior engineer in Yandex where I was working on the drivers' positioning on the road graph: adjust their noisy GPS signals to the road graph, predict their future positions and develop metrics to measure the quality of such procedures.
I recieved my Ph.D. in November 2020 uder the supervision of Franck Iutzeler, Jérôme Malick, and Massih-Reza Amini at Université Grenoble Alpes.
I am interested in optimization algorithms for large-scale applications, more precisely in first-order ones that are focused on sparsification of communications in distributed setting.
In free time I am interested in basketball, workout, swimming, hiking, climbing, and coding competitions. In addition, I am also a member of Russian first team in different logic puzzles and sudoku competitions.
